LANGIS, RUDOLPHE
Rudolphe Langis, 87, of Villa Providence Shediac passed away on December 6th, 2015. Born in Moncton on December 30, 1927, he was the son of the late Edmond and Sarah (Lirette) Langis.
Before retirement in 1990, he had 35 years of service with CN Marine. In his spare time, Rudolphe enjoyed gardening and spending time in his workshop.
He will be sadly missed by his two sons: Danny (Pierrette) of Shediac, Terry (Julie) of Dieppe; five granddaughters: Joline, Isabelle, Nadia, Danica, Stéphanie; two sisters: Laura Langis of Dieppe and Yvonne Dykes (late Tom) of Vancouver.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Margaret (Gould) Langis; four sisters: Dolorèse Gautreau, Géraldine LeBlanc, Lorraine Langis, Lucille Gallant; five brothers: Aimé, Alonzo, Léandre, Edmond and Roger.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Tuesday, December 8th from 7 to 9pm and on Wednesday, December 9th from 9:30 till time of departure at 10:15am. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Shediac on Wednesday, December 9th at 10:30am.
In memory of Rudolphe, a contribution to the Oncology Unit of the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC would be appreciated.
