Benner, Ronald Whitman - 77 - of Lower Burlington, Hants County passed away on December 17th 2015 in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor from a lengthy illness. Born on April 13, 1938 he was son of his predeceased parents; Whitman and Margaret (Foster) Benner and his deceased brother Robert Benner. Ronald is survived by his wife, Linda Mae (Chambers) of Wolfville , his daughters; Annette (Bart) Croft, Windsor, Anne Benner, Dartmouth and Rhonda Benner of Bridgetown, along with his brother William of Windsor and his loving cat Hobo. Ronald started painting with his Dad at age of 13 and continued on his own for the next 60 years. He loved his work and when time permitted he loved to hunt, fish and play darts. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home and Chapels. Cremation has taken place. There was a graveside service Wednesday December 23rd, 2:00, 2015 at the Loyal Hill Musgrave Road Cemetery.
