CROLL, DOUGLASS COOPER
The passing of Douglass Cooper Croll of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on March 1, 1944 in Stanley, NB, he was the son of the late Alexander and Reba (Douglass) Croll.
He worked at UNB, STU and St. Croix Vocation Center while he lived in St. Stephen, NB. Douglass was an avid bingo player and loved playing cards.
Douglass is survived by his brother, Charles Croll of Mount Pleasant, ON; several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Doris Dickeson; sister-in-law, Marjorie Croll and brother in law, Edgar Dickeson.
Visitation will take place in York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 1 to 2 pm followed by the Funeral Service at 2 pm. Interment will take place in Nashwaak Bridge Community Cemetery in the spring.
