Hannington, Mayme
It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of their Mother Mayme Jean Hannington (Mullin). She passed away peacefully January 1, 2016 at the Moncton Hospital with her loving family by her side. Mayme was born on September 25, 1927 in Cherryfield, N.B. to Hartford and Sarah (Melvin) Mullin.
She is survived by her children; John, Sharon, Robert (Rose), Tracey, one sister Kay (Henry), twelve grandchildren; Christine, Joey, Megan, Vanessa (Zach), Carla, Ashley, April (Carole), Chelsey (Annette), Sarah (Joe), Katie, Jenna, Joni Chenel (Ryan), great-grandchildren; Haylie, Briannah, Bradley, Nicholas, Remi, Danika, Morgan, Drake, Nowlan, Peyton and her many well-loved nieces and nephews.
Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 47 years Ernie, a son David, a son-in-law J.P. Theriault and her brothers; John, Cecil, Wilfred, Ronald and Lloyd and sisters; Altha, Vivian, Ida, and Eileen.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to Access Home Care and also a special thanks to Colleen for all her help and friendship.
Visitation will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A funeral service will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 2:00pm.
Interment will take place at a later date. Donations in Mayme’s memory may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
