Verna Irene Krack
March 2, 1928 – January 5, 2016

It is with great sadness, but also great joy, that we announce the crossing over of Verna Irene Krack (nee Broadfoot) into the Hands of our Lord. At the age of 87 she went home to our Father on January 5, 2016 after a brief but hard fight with pneumonia. She was predeceased by her parents (John and Julia Broadfoot) and her 2 older brothers Gordon and Herb, as well as many extended family members and friends, all of whom she has been reunited with! Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 68 years, Herman and her children Brian (Judy) Krack and Karen (Louis) Beauchesne; 4 grandchildren: Devon, Trevor, Jennifer and Lindsay; 5 great grandchildren: Jessica, Kelsey, Jarrett, Dalton and Riley. Mom had a great 87 year ride with a few speed bumps, and she’s made us all the richer for having her in our lives.

Good Night Irene……we’ll see you in our dreams!

Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 260 – 25th Street East, Prince Albert, SK with Celebrant Reverend Father Roque Concepcion. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of other tributes, please make a donation in Mom’s name to the ICU Unit c/o the Victoria Hospital, 1200 – 24th Street West, Prince Albert, SK S6V 5T4.
