Robichaud, Gérard
Gérard Robichaud, 94, of Villa Providence Shediac, formerly of Cormier Village, passed away on Thursday, January 7th, 2016. Born in Cormier Village on November 26th, 1921, he was the son of the late Alban and Rosanne (Landry) Robichaud.
Gérard was a retired employee of Shediac Home Hardware.
He is survived by a daughter: Diane Saulnier (Roland) of Cormier-Village; a son: Roland (Sabina) of Calgary AB; brothers and sisters: Églantine LeBlanc of Cap-Pelé, Hectorine Landry, Ronaldo (Tilla), Fernand, Genora LeBlanc, Archil (Jeannine), Bella Bourque all of Shediac; two grandchildren: Christien, Alexandre; two sister-in-law: Lilianne, Stella and by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Bibienne (2005); three brothers: Cedric, Louis, Uldège.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Sunday, January 10th, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 and on Sunday January 12th from 10:00 till time of funeral service which will be held at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre at 11:00am.
In memory of Gérard, a contribution to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.
