DOIRON, TERRY RICHARD
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Terry “Rick” Richard Doiron on January 15, 2016. Rick was born on August 20, 1961, in Saint John, NB to John and Alma (LeBlanc) Doiron.
Rick was a very loving man, and his children and grandchildren meant everything to him. He always felt that he couldn’t get enough of them and spent as much time with them as possible. Family was very important to him and he will be fondly remembered as much for his goofy faces he could make as for his unending devotion to them. Rick was a huge hockey fan, both ball and puck. He fancied himself a musician, and danced and sang along to songs as often as he could; he’ll be remembered for his karaoke renditions of his favorite songs.
Along with his parents, Rick is survived by his sons; Richard Doiron of Fredericton and Keenan Archer of Saint John, daughters; Stephanie Doiron of Fredericton, Shannon Doiron of Saint John, and Terry Lynn Doiron, six grandchildren; Marell, Marlee and Jay Brooks and Jace, Isaiah and Helena Doiron, brothers; John and Peter Doiron of Saint John, sisters; Sandra Doiron of Saint John and Tracy (Brent) Dugdale of Fredericton, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Rick was predeceased by his grandparents and many beloved aunts and uncles.
Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd (646-2424), Saint John, NB. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 11 am to 1 pm. A funeral service will be held following the visitation from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel at 1pm.
Donations in memory of Rick may be placed to the SPCA or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
