ALBERT, ALDOR
At the Saint John Regional Hospital, January 23, 2016, Mr. Aldor Albert of Saint John passed away at the age of 81. He was the husband of Irene (Levesque) Albert. Born at Drummond in 1934, he was a son of the late Narcisse and Estelle (Cote) Albert.
Aldor and his family have owned and operated Albert's Draperies since 1966, first in Grand Falls and later in Saint John.
He is survived by his wife, four children, Diane Deschenes (Paul) of Saint John, Suzanne Albert (Philime) of Toronto, Louis (Lynne) of Ottawa and Michel (Shelley) of Saint John, eight grandchildren, Emily, Elizabeth, Adrienne, Mathieu, Charlotte, Michel, Ashley and Katherine, brothers and sisters, Onil (Lucille) and Fernand of Grand Falls, Yvon (Laura) of St. Stephen, Leon (Yvonne) of Drummond, Jean-Marie (Monique) and Cecile Shorey of Grand Falls, Wilda (Gene King) of Jacksonville, FL, Marie Thibault (Laurien) of Georgesville, QC, Lily Bourgoin (Guy) of Fredericton, several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents and an infant brother, Leonce.
His funeral service will be held Friday, January 29th at 2 p.m. from the St-Michel Roman Catholic Church, Drummond with interment in the adjoining cemetery. There will not be any visiting hours prior to the funeral service.
