HOLLAND, MARIE SERAPHINE "SERAH"
On Thursday, January 28, 2016, Marie Seraphine "Serah" Holland, 88, Of St Margaret's, NB., passed away at the George Dumont Hospital surrounded by her family.
Predeceased by her husband John P. Holland, she is survived by her nine children: Donald (Jane) Ottawa, ON; William (Rachel) St. Margaret's, NB; Brian (Madeleine) of Montpellier, QC; Susan (Denis) Laval, QC; James (Connie) of Vanderhoof, BC; Kathleen (Emery) Ottawa, ON; John (Virginia) St. Margaret's, NB; Valerie (Steven) Dartmouth, NS; Sharon (Ian) Oromocto, NB. Fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren; cherished nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 2nd from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Maher's Funeral Home, 35 University Ave, Miramichi, NB. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 10am in St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church in St. Margaret's, NB with Fr. John Beaumaster officiating. The interment will be held at a later date. There will be a reception following the service in the Rev. Herbert Reinsborough Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated or the St. Margaret's Church Cemetery fund.
