Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Friday January, 29, 2016 with his loving family by his side, Ebbie Tucker of Winterton, age 93 years. Predeceased by his wife Florrie in 1998. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, sons: Peter (Eva), Edward (Cathy); daughters: Gail (Don) Green, Ann (Bob) Andrews; grandchildren: Andrea Welsh (Chris), Carlene Green (Danny), Alison Power (Brian), Dianna Russell (Billy), Heather Tucker (Sullivan), Andrew Green (Krista), Robyn Andrews (Steven), Joshua Tucker (Sarah); great-grandchildren: Adele and Georgia Power, Ethan and Teryn Green, Evan Hill and Brooklyn Green. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Ebbie's family will be receiving relatives and friends at Green's Funeral Home on Monday Feb 1, 2016 from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service on Tuesday Feb 2, 2016 at 2 p.m. from St Luke's Anglican Church, Winterton. Inurnment to follow at St Luke's Anglican Cemetery. Because of Ebbie's love for children, donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House. Ebbie was a very loving, kind and gentle man, he was dearly loved and will be sadly missed.

There is no greater love than the love that holds on when there seems nothing left to hold on to. Love never fails - never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end.
