We the family of the late Alex MacLean wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who assisted us during our recent bereavement.
To Rev. Nancy Whitney-Latham for her lovely eulogy; Ann MacLeod, organist and the choir of Waterview Pastoral Charge for the uplifting music, piper Robbie MacInnis, violinist Shawn MacDonald and the pallbearers: Stephen MacLean, John Thomas, Nelson MacCormack, Donald Shaw, Alex MacIntyre and Donald MacLeod. To Sydney Memorial Chapel for their guidance with funeral arrangements. We especially want to acknowledge the wonderful staff and volunteers of the Cove Guest Home where Dad received such excellent care. We would also like to thank everyone for their many kindnesses to Dad while he was in The Cove as well as those who attended the service, sent flowers, memorial donations and messages of sympathy. The congregation of Zion-Wesley who prepared the luncheon for the reception and The Pembroke family. Your kindness made our sorrow easier to bear.
