1942-2016
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eric A. Bishop, of St. Lawrence, formerly of Wesleyville, announce his peaceful passing at the U.S. Memorial Health Care Centre in St. Lawrence, on Sunday, January 31st, 2016, at the age of 73. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of 49 years, Betty (Loder), sons, Eric (Dawn) Bishop of Houston, B.C., and Scott (Margo) Bishop of St. Lawrence: sisters Maude (Ches) Peach of St. John's, Pearl Bishop of Coley's Point, Linda (Mike) McCormick of Moncton, N.B. and Olive Verge of St. John's; brothers Lloyd Bishop of St. John's, Claude (Marilyn) Bishop of CBS, and John (Emma) Bishop of Paradise; 5 grandchildren, Jared, Lucas, Alicia, Jessica and Malorie; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Arthur & Minnie Bishop. Funeral services took place in St. Lawrence on Wednesday, Feb. 3rd.
