Patrick Trevor MacSween

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Patrick Trevor MacSween. Trevor died at home on Feb. 15, 2016, also a very special day for him as it was his wedding anniversary.
He missed his wife of 46 years very much. Frances (MacNeil) MacSween died Sept. 30, 2015. Both are survived by their only daughter Jo-Anne MacSween.
Trevor was born on March 2, 1943. He was predeceased by both his father, Alexander MacSween and his mother, Helen Frances 'Lala' (MacDougall) MacSween. He was employed at the steel plant in 1971 until its closing and then began his retirement. He enjoyed going for coffee, going to breakfast, playing cards, meeting with friends and sharing stories. Trevor was a great storyteller! He was always game for anything.
During ill health he remained both strong and determined. Trevor always kept a positive attitude. He was a good friend to have and a friend to many. He will be sadly missed by everyone.
For his daughter Jo-Anne, she will always miss her best friend 'Pork'. He was a good man who you could always have good fun with in the simplest of pleasures.
Trevor was cremated and there will be no visitation.
Trevor will always be remembered in the telling of stories that will be passed on.
