Parents - Harry and Thelma Clarke. 1 Sister - Joanne (Randy), 1 Brother - Rod (Christine). Parents-in-law - Sue and Brad. Best friends/fellow soulmates - Neil and Judy Mercer. Billy was Predeceased by 2 sisters - Carolyn and Roxanne. Billy's love knew no boundaries. He touched the heart and souls of so many. The last few years he realized how much he loved building and creating with wood and took great pride in his work. What he didn't realize is that whether he was building a patio or a house he was building life long friendships that will continue to help our family get through the most difficult time of our lives. Billy was a retired Correctional Officer who had the respect of fellow officers and staff at the Her Majesty's Penitentiary for over 30 years. They were always considered family and will remain that way. We would like to say a Very special heartfelt thank you to Carmel Collins. You were our saving grace throughout this battle. Also thank you to the Amazing doctors and nurses at the H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Center. You are a unique group of people with so much compassion and understanding and I thank you for that. To the staff in the Palliative Care Unit at the Miller Center who were there for Billy and also his loved ones - Thank you with all my heart!
