NASH, WALLACE ELWOOD
It is with sad hearts that the family of Wallace Elwood Nash of Fredericton, in his 87th year announce his peaceful passing at home on February 22 2016.
Predeceased by his wife Mae (Spencer) Nash, Parents, Isreal and Greta (Mannuccia) Nash, brother Carson Nash and sister Helen Henry.
He is survived by his step-daughters Pam Johnston and Lorna Clowater; step-sons, William, Ronald, David and Jerry Johnston, sister Annetta Richardson and brother Earl Nash, devoted granddaughter Michelle and extra special great-granddaughter Kabrayrah-Rose (bubby’s sweetheart) as well as several nieces and nephews.
Wally was an avid golfer and bowler. He worked for the Department of Transportation Access Control.
Bubby spent his last days blessed by all the love and joy of great-granddaughter Kabrayrah-Rose and Granddaughter Michelle.
Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Friday, February 26, 2016 from 6 to 9 PM. A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 27 at 3:00 PM from Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Messer officiating. Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bridges of Canada or the SPCA.
