Passed away at the Milton District Hospital, Milton, Ontario on Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016.
Heather Dillon, sadly missed by Bradley Dillon. Loving mother of Leahdawn (Rob Clarke), Taralynn Dillon and Chad 'Will' Dillon (Daniella Rozema). Forever remembered by her grandchildren Shayla, Jadyn and Colton Clarke. Sadly missed by her sisters, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
At Heather’s request, cremation has taken place.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
