The death occurred peacefully, with family by her side, at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on March 7, 2016 of Viola Herring, formerly of Murray Harbour South. Age 89.
Loving mother of Garry (Barb), Glen and Sheila RN (Donald) Persaud.
Remembered by grandchildren Pastor Scott (Rebecca)Herring, Crystal RN (Albert) Connell, Clint Herring, David Herring, Dr. Melissa (Sean) Perry, Dr. Andrew Persaud and eight great-grandchildren. Remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by parents Angus & Edna (Mosher) Matheson, husband Fred Herring, sister Doris Dewar, brother Edward Matheson, granddaughter Stephanie and grandson Stephen.
Resting at Southern King’s & Queen’s Funeral Home, Murray River, for visitation on March 10, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral service from Murray Harbour Baptist Church on March 11 at 2 p.m.
Interment in Murray Harbour Cemetery.
