It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Joseph Desveaux on March 6, 2016 in the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Born in New Waterford, he was a son of the late Alex and Mary Desveaux. He was employed for 30 years with the Sydney Steel Corporation until his retirement.
Paul is survived by his wife, the former Charmayne Price; son, Sgt. Dwayne Joseph and wife Mallory as well as their children Liam and Dylon of Ottawa.
Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date.
Donations in Paul’s memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of SW Chant & Son Funeral Home.
