Born in Belleoram, Nfld. on Nov. 14, 1942, he was the son on the late Albert and Pheobe Evans, North Sydney.
Surviving are his wife, Doris; one son, Michael (Cindie); one daughter, Angie; two grandchildren, Liam and
Noah; brothers, Sandy (Esther), North Sydney, Peter (Irene) Ontario; one sister, Ruby Evans-Shaw, Ontario
and brother-in-law, Paul Campbell.
He was predeceased by his sister, Nina Campbell.
A celebration of life was held March 5, 2016 at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation or The Palliative Care Unit at Northumberland Hills Hospital.
