DAIGLE, AMANDA (nee DURELLE)
(1935-2016)
RICHIBUCTO, NB – Amanda Daigle, 80, of Richibucto passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Sunday, March 13, 2016. Born in Pointe-Sapin, she was the daughter of the late Lamond Durelle and late Alvina (Manuel) Durelle.
She attended St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church in Richibucto.
Amanda will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Lorraine Mazerolle (Louis) of St. Louis, Lila Leger (late Emerie) of Ste. Anne
Elvina Babineau of Richibucto; four sons, Eugène Babineau (Tammy) of Oshawa, ON, Normand Babineau (Diane) of West Galloway, Frankie Babineau of Richibucto, Napoleon Babineau of Richibucto; grandchildren, Kevin, Chantal, Shana, Mandy, Johnmac, Angela, Aaron, Nicholas, Denis, Julien, Lucas, Samantha, Jacob, Ricky and great-grandchildren, Brianna, Haley, Shane, Dillon and Tyler and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, François Babineau; two sisters, Yvonne, Adeline and three brothers, Clifford, Alvin and Nelson.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home on Thursday at 9:00 am until time of the funeral. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 11:00 am, Thompson’s Funeral Home Chapel, Richibucto. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
