The death occurred at the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, of Daniel Hector MacMillan, age 94, devoted husband of the late Yvonne (Konkle) MacMillan.
Born in Wood Islands on November 27, 1921, he was the son of the late Neil and Marion (Emery) MacMillan. Daniel was a Veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his loving son Peter (Sandy) of Charlottetown, and granddaughter, Julie. Predeceased by brother Frank and sisters Mary McPherson and Sarah Forsythe.
Funeral service will be held at the Wood Islands Presbyterian Church on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 2 p.m. Visiting hours at the church from 1 p.m. to service time. Interment to take place in the Wood Islands Cemetery.
