Passed suddenly away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday March 17th, 2016. Mr. Victor Wm. Hiscock Of Spaniard's Bay age 62 years. Predeceased by his parents Wilson and Isabelle. Leaving to mourn are; His wife Phyllis, 2 Sons; Victor (Tammy), Vincent (Natalie), 1 Daughter Valerie (Steve Williams), 6 Grand Children, Kirsten, Katie, Karter, Evan, Sierra and Madison. 2 Brothers, Vaughan (Marilyn), Vern (Sherrie).
