MORTON, GARY
Gary Wayne Morton passed away at home, in Chipman on Thursday, March 24th, 2016 at 69 years of age. He was born in Minto on June 26th, 1946 son of the late John Sr. (Betty Smith) Morton.
He is survived by his loving wife, Christine (nee Barton) Morton; their children, Terrilynn (Kevin) Guislain and Wayne (Kim) Morton; granddaughter, Savannah Leavitt; grandsons, Bradley and Matthew Guislain; siblings, Mary (Mike) Griffin, Donna (Walter) Fearn, Sheila Peters, Jackie (Sheila) Morton, David Morton, Daryl (Chris) Morton, Harold (Karen) Morton, Janet (Melvin) Jenkins, Darwyn (Angela) Morton, Allison (Nancy) Morton and Hughie Morton; special nephews, Myles Morton, Ben Jenkins, Kirby Jenkins and Kyle Jenkins. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and very special great nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his mother-in-law, Marie Gauthier, sister-in-law, Jeannine Morton and brother-in-law, Joe Peters.
Family will receive comfort at the Chipman Funeral Home Ltd. & Crematorium on Sunday, March 27th, 2016 from 3 to 6 pm. A celebration of Gary’s life will be held at the Cumberland Bay Baptist Church on Monday, March 28th, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Andrew Ardern officiating. Interment will be at a later date. Donations may be made to the charity of choice.
