BOUDREAU, CARMELA
Carmela Boudreau, 86, of Shediac, passed away on Wednesday March 23rd, 2016 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC. Born in Shediac on April 25th, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Émile and Edmée (Després) Richard.
Prior to her retirement, she worked for J.A. Foster jewellers.
She is survived by a daughter, Janice Allain (Donald) of Dieppe; one sister, Géraldine O’Brien of Shediac; two grandchildren: Mathieu and Mélanie, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Omer (1989); a daughter, Nicole (2007); a brother, Edmond.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Monday, April 4th, 2016 from 7 to 9pm, Tuesday from 9:30 till time of departure 10:20am. The funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph Roman CAtholic Church, 415 Main Street, Shediac on Tuesday, April 5th, 2016 at 10:30am.
In memory of Carmela, a contribution to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke foundation or to the CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology or palliative care) would be appreciated.
