The family of Mark Whitney Wilson age 56 of Joggins are saddened to announce his sudden passing at home on Friday, April 8, 2016.
Born in Amherst, He was a son of the late Maurice H. and Hazel (Hoeg) Wilson.
Mark enjoyed fishing, playing cards, crib and spending time with family and friends.
Mark will be missed by his son Stanley (Chantal); sister Angela (Glendon); brothers Maurice (Susan), Malcolm, Gary (Carol Anne) Doucet and Mike (Chantal) Doucet; four aunts, Isabel, Jean, Flora and Donna; Nieces and nephews, Jason, Rhonda, Brian, Steven, Trevor, Nicholas, Christine, Daniel, Amanda, Mike and Nicole and numerous cousins.
He was predeceased by his Grampie and Nana, Lawson and Violet Hoeg, Grandfather Havelock and Grannie, Addie Wilson.
Visitations took place on Monday, April 11, 2016 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. and was followed by a funeral service on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 11 a.m. all held at Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St, Amherst, 902-667-9906.
Interment will take place at a later date in the River Hebert Cemetery.
