Mandzuik, Daniel (Danny)
1949-2016
Daniel (Danny) Mandzuik of Pointe-du-Chêne, NB passed away on April 27th 2016 at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB. Born in Vancouver, BC he was the only son of the late Demetro Mandzuik and the late Alfreda (née Babin) Mandzuik.
After obtaining his diploma in computer science at Concordia University, Montreal, Danny was employed as a computer programmer in Montreal, QC, Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta. Upon his retirement, he took permanent residency in New Brunswick.
Danny will be deeply missed by several loving aunts and cousins, an uncle, as well as by his neighbourly friends at Pointe-du-Chêne, NB. He was loved by all. He was witty, humorous and always knew how to use his great sense of humour at various spontaneous situations, and among family gatherings.
A special tribute is due to Diane Duplessis for her diligent devotion and her dedicated support to Danny in his illness. Family members wish to express their gratitude for her untiring generosity during this trying time.
The care and attention provided by the staff at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital was greatly appreciated.
No visitation by request. A private service will be held on a later date at the interment in the Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur parish cemetery in Scoudouc, NB.
