Theodor “Ted” Kettel of Saskatoon, SK formerly of Milden and Marquis died peacefully on May 3, 2016 in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 87.Ted will be remembered by his wife, Paula Maria; children, Maria (Jude), James (Elsa), Mike, Lori (Ty), and Trevor; siblings, Virginie, Leo, Paul, and Anna; Grandchildren, Steffani (Matt), and Stacie; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by siblings, Jacques, Nicolas, Jengy, Michel, and Albert. Ted was born on September 16, 1928 in Bilsdorf Luxembourg to Nicolas and Anna. He married Paula in 1965. Together they raised their family and farmed in Milden, before retiring to Saskatoon. A Memorial Service will be held Monday May 9, 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, Saskatoon, with interment and reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Ted’s life.
