SMITH, ELVA ERNESTINE
The passing of Elva Ernestine Smith of Carroll’s Crossing, NB occurred on Thursday, May 26, 2016 in Fredericton, NB. Elva was born in Carroll’s Crossing, NB on March 8, 1932.
She enjoyed flower gardening, cooking, reading, knitting but especially liked spending time with family and friends.
Elva is survived by three daughters, Charlene Hunter of Charter’s Settlement, NB, Karen Clowater of New Bandon, NB, Donna Aguillon (Dale Bauer) of Chipman, NB; a son, Bayard O’Donnell of Calgary, AB; grandchildren, Jennifer Harker, Mitchel and Jordan Hunter, Josh Clowater, Tara Wellwood, Colton Morrison; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Glenn Davidson (Jackie) of Doaktown, NB, Winston Price (Frances Ann) of Doaktown, NB, Howard Davidson of Alberta, Otis Davidson (Gabrielle) of Ontario, Scotty Davidson of Chipman, NB; several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Elva was predeceased by her first husband, Charles O’Donnell; her second husband, Edward Smith; brothers, Billy, Blake and Allan.
There will be no public services at Elva’s request.
Those who wish may direct remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice House Fredericton.
