1929 - 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Emerson Wilson at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Friday, May 27, 2016. Born in Campbellton, NB, son of the late Henry and Lena (McDavid) Wilson.
Emerson will be sadly missed by two daughters; Janice (Victor Mazerolle) of Moncton, Karen (Rev. Georges) Russell of Listowel, ON, his son Royce (Joanne) of Moncton, five grandchildren; Isaac, Sarah, Lucille, Monique and Christina as well as three great-granddaughters. He is also survived by one brother John, three sisters, Norma, Muriel and Jean, his step-mother Beatrice Wilson as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Emerson was predeceased by his wife Lillian (Irvine), one son Dane Wilson, his brother Everett and his sister Rebecca Couture.
Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Tuesday, May 31 from 12:00 pm to 1:50 pm. Funeral Service will be held at the Chapel of Fair Haven at 2:00 pm followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Interment in Fair Haven Funeral Home and Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Emerson's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the NB Lung Association.
