CORMIER, RITA
1942 – 2016
Notre–Dame–de–Kent, NB – Rita Cormier, 74, passed away peacefully at Foyer St–Antoine, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, June 5, 2016, after a brief illness. Born in Notre–Dame–de–Kent, NB, he was the daughter of the late Aurèle and Élise (Meunier) LeBlanc.

Rita will be sadly missed by her three sons, Yvon Jr. (Murielle) of Waltham, Mass, Paul (Denise) of Cocagne and Daniel (Kim) of Indiana, USA; her daughter, Catherine Basque (Paul) of Notre–Dame; her three brothers, Eloi, Édouard (Andréa) both of Notre–Dame and Henri of Ste–Anne; her four sisters, Dina LeBlanc of Moncton, Mélina Arsenault (Gérard) of St–Antoine, (her twin sister) Edith Arsenault (late Gérard) of Shediac and Florine LeBlanc of Notre–Dame; her ten grandchildren and eleven great–grandchildren; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one daughter, Murielle and one sister, Marie.

Visitations will be held at Notre–Dame–du–Sacré–Coeur slumber room in Notre–Dame–de–Kent on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 9 to 9h45 am. Funeral mass will be held at Notre–Dame–du–Sacré–Coeur Roman Catholic Church in Notre–Dame–de–Kent on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 10 am.
