KACHOR, Betty-Jean Marie
November 18, 1948 – June 3, 2016
Betty-Jean of Abbotsford, BC, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2016 at the age of 67. She is survived by her son, Scott, daughter, Jackie (Gerry) Goertzen; grandchildren, Alyssa, Owen, Lexa, and Ben; brothers, Byron, Keith (Dorothy); and numerous family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Ken; and parents, Nicholas and Pearl. Betty was a hardworking, loving mother. She proudly spent her career life as a nurse. She enjoyed needlework and spending time with her family. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 11:00 am at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford, BC. Interment to take place at Musselwhite Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
