ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Dallas Dedam 23, of Elsipogtog passed away suddenly at his residence on Thursday, June 9, 2016. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Joseph Alden Dedam and Leta (Grindle) Dedam.

Dallas was the captain of a fishing boat.

Dallas will be sadly missed by his mother, Leta; father, Joseph Alden; four daughters, Tyanna Dedam, Kiora Dedam, Kenaisha Googoo, Jamie Dedam and one son, Jason Dedam. He is also survived by six sisters, Melissa Raynard (Tim) of Alberta, Randi Dedam (Ernest) of Elsipogtog, Sheena Simon (Josh) of Bouctouche First Nation, Holly Dedam (Moe) of St. Louis, Amber Joseph (Jay) of Elsipogtog; Kelly Sawyer (Nick) of Elsipogtog; two brothers, Iggy (Shoconi) of Elsipogtog, Samuel of Elsipogtog; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by grandmothers, Janet Dedam and Eva Allen, uncle Alfred Dedam and aunt Margaret Ann Peters.

Resting at the home of his parents, 360 Graham Road, Elsipogtog beginning on Saturday at 10:00 am until time of the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 10:30 am, St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto.
