It is with great sadness that the family of the late Charles Alexander announce his sudden passing on June 9, 2016 at the age of 87 years at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He sill be sadly missed by his loving wife, Mildred; 4 sons - Dominic (Val), Clarence (Blanche), Randy (Pat), Perry (Melanie), his 2 daughters - Bride (Leo) and Janet (Todd), 1 sister - Doreen and a large circle of grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Andrew & Isabel Alexander, his daughter Loretta, his son Andrew (Junior) and son-in-law Monte, his sisters - Cecilia, Rita and Mary and brother Joseph. Visitation will take place at Russell's Funeral Home in Stephenville Crossing on Saturday, June 11 from 7-9 pm and on Sunday, June 12 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place at Assumption Parish on Monday, June 13 @ 2 pm with interment to follow at graveside in Mattis Point cemetery.
