LeBLANC, LEONA
It is with sadness we announce the passing of Leona M. LeBlanc, age 83, of Petit–Cap, NB. Leona passed away on Sunday June 19, 2016 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born in Petit–Cape, NB, she was the daughter of the late Adolphe and Malthide (Richard) Legere.

She is sadly missed by her husband Aurele, Petit–Cap, NB; children Billy (Camilla) Richard, Shediac, Aurella LeBlanc (dec. Alyre), Moncton, Ovila (Dorothy), Moncton, Robert (Mary), Maccan, NS, Justine (Rejean), Petit–Cap, Jeffrine, Petit–Cap, Mike (Audrey), Cornwall, PEI, and Betty Gautreau, Cap–Pelé; many grandchildren and great–grandchildren; brothers Joe (Linda) Legere, Shediac, Donald (Fernande), Moncton, Alban (Denise), Petit–Cap; sisters Yvette (Dismas) Cormier, Cap–Pelé, Colestie Despres, Petit–Cap, Margerite (Gerard) Cormier, Cap–Pelé, Yvonne Cormier (dec. Romeo), Petit–Cap.

She was predeceased by son Alfred; daughter Theresa Fougere; brother Tiboy; sisters Anita Legere and Delia Cormier.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home of Sackville and Port Elgin, NB (506–538–2241). Visiting hours will be held at Club d'Age d'Or, Shemogue on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 11 am, Father Savio Mazerolle officiating, with burial to follow in the parish cemetery.
