BERNARD, VIRGINIE
1924 – 2016
Virginie Bernard, 91, of Moncton, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2016 at the Dr. Georges–L.–Dumont UHC. Born on August 14, 1924 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Philliol and Célina (Després) LeBlanc.

She is survived by five children: Pauline Gautreau (Paul), Murielle Boucher (Don Arsenault), Gérald “Gerry” (Diane) and Ronald (Anita), all of Moncton, and Yvon (Beverly) of Salisbury; one brother, Phillias LeBlanc (late Thérèse) of Memramcook; 10 grandchildren: Nicole, Louise, Tina, Maurice, Kathy, Danielle, Matthew, Danny, Ashley and Nathan; seven great–grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Aimé (1999); two sons: Paul and Joe; three sisters: Marie, Elise and Eva; two brothers: Arthur and Gérard.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858–1900) Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Thursday from 9 am until time of departure (9:40). The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre–Dame–de–Grâce Roman Catholic Church, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 10 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe.
