OLSEN, DONALD MURRAY
It is with great sadness that the family of Donald Olsen announce his passing at Shannex-Frederick Hall on Thursday, June 23, 2016. Donnie was born in Fredericton, NB on August 5, 1926 to the late Emil and Jean Olsen.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Maize; his brothers, Bernard and Emil; sisters, Betty and Helen. Donnie will be sorely missed and forever loved by his sons, Jim (Annette) and Gary (Sheila); grandchildren, Daniel (Beckie), Blair (Chris), Dustin (Jodie), Johanna (Brad) and Patrick (Leah); great grandchildren, Rowan, Ava, Thomas and Eli. He is also survived by his sisters, Margaret and Phylis.

Donnie lived a rich, full life and touched the hearts of so many people of all ages. His spirit will live on in all of us.

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Sunday, June 26, 2016 from 2 to 4 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 2 pm with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating. Interment will take place in Alexander Gibson Memorial Cemetery.
