Passed away peacefully at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander June 28th 2016 Mary Anne (Annie) Best age 86 years. Predeceased by husband James (2004) parents William and Cecilia Hogan, brothers Jack and Greg, sister Elizabeth. Left with loving memories are sons Jim (Marcie) of Amherstburg, ON., Dave (Pam) of Gander, daughters Theresa (Gerry) Lyver of Bishops Falls, Jackie (Doug) Stiers of Essex, ON., Geraldine (William) Carroll of Ottawa, ON., 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Also a large number and family and friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral home, Gander. Funeral Mass was held Saturday, July 2nd 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Gander. Interment Roman Catholic Cemetery, Gambo. In lieu of flowers donations in Annie's memory can be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic.
