Lionel Wilfred Phaneuf
October 1, 1927 – June 29, 2016
Lionel passed away at the Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the age of 88. He married Florence on October 10 1949. Lionel is survived by his wife Florence; his son Brian (Joyce), grandchildren Shawn, Sherry, Kris and Sara, great grandchildren Taryn, Mallory, Aiden and Macy; his son Garry, grandchildren Janet, Kelly, Nicole, Andrew and Dillon, great grandchildren Jadyn, Rylan and Isabella; son Randy (Lorelei), grandchildren Tara, Chris, Jeff and Jolie; great grandchildren Jaxson, MacKenzie, Mason, Madeleine and Maxwell; daughter Brenda (Danny), grandchildren Dean and Rose, great grandchildren Anthony and Natalia; his siblings Rita (Ben) Habetler, Therese Carriere and Edward (Rosemarie) Phaneuf. He was predeceased by his parents Romeo and Evelina Phaneuf; his brothers, Albert and Alfred and sister Lillian Fauchoux. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 260 – 25th Street East, Prince Albert, SK. Private Family Interment will be held.
