THIBEAULT, ALYRE
Alyre Thibeault, 90, of Manoir Notre–Dame in Moncton, passed away on Monday July 4, 2016 at the Dr.–Georges–L. Dumont UHC.

Born March 1, 1926 in Saint–Ignace, he was the son of the late Arcade and Régina (Comeau) Thibault.Alyre was a retired barber. He enjoyed playing the fiddle, gardening, fishing, travelling and playing cards. He was handy around the house and loved his family very much. He was a devout Christian and previous member of the Christ–Roi Parish. He was also a veteran of W.W. 2.

He is survived by four children: Louise, Annette (Jean–Guy Côté), Diane (Luc Saulnier) all of Moncton, and Alvin (Diane Tremblay) of St–Sévère, Qc.; three grandchildren: François, Christine and Mireille; his brothers and sisters: Josephat (Jeanne), Léonard (Lydia), Alma, Imelda Wright (late Sid) all of Moncton, Éric (Solange) of St–Ignace, Esther Gallant (late Auguste) of Grande–Digue and Sr. Stella of Dieppe; many nieces, nephews.

He is predeceased by his wife, of 56 years, Anita née Allain (2013); a sister, Jeanne; four brothers: Alban, Ernest, Émile, and an infant child.

The family will receive condolences Thursday July 7 at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858–1900) from where the funeral will be celebrated at 11 am. Visiting hours from 9 am. A reception at the centre will follow. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
