FAIRWEATHER, WALDO
The death of Waldo F. Fairweather occurred on July 10, 2016 at the Oromocto Hospital, born in Torryburn, NB on December 18, 1922 to the late William & Viola (Miller) Fairweather of Cumberland Bay.

Waldo is survived by his wife of 68 years, Ida G (Murray) Fairweather; sons, Gregory (Sandra) and Kevin (Carla); grandson, Owen Fairweather; granddaughters, Lindsay and Morgan Fairweather; brother Alvin (Geraldine) Fairweather and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Waldo was a veteran of the second World War. He was and electrician by trade working many places in NB. He was a past Chancellor and was active in the Knights of Pythias. He was also a past Master of Masons Lodge of Grand Lake #47 and a member of the Luxor Shiners. Waldo lived in Upper Salmon Creek, Chipman operating several restaurants, later he moved to Cumberand Bay and operated a general store and Post Office until his retirement.

A graveside service will take place at the United Baptist Cemetery, Cumberland Bay on Thursday, July 14th, 2016 at2:00 pm with Pastor Andrew Ardern officiating.

Donations made to the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
