It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on July 6, 2016 at Lakeside Homes, Gander, Joseph Clarence Spencer age 92 years of Carmanville. Predeceased by his wife Grace, parents William and Victoria Spencer, son-in-law Walter Chaulk, brother Leslie, sisters Susie Cuff and Annie Pennell. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons Winston (Donna), David (Caren), Tony (Donna), Truman (Joyce), all of Carmanville; daughters Judy, Carmanville, Brenda (Corey Gillingham), Gander Bay and Christine, Alberta; 22 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Funeral service was held on July 9, 2016 at The Salvation Army Citadel, Carmanville with Majors William and Barbara Pearce officiating.
