It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Edison Miller, on July 23, 2016, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
He is survived by his son, Edison P. Miller, Dartmouth; daughter, Aimee (Wayne Bonnar) Miller, Mira; granddaughter and the light of his life, Aaryanna Bonnar; sister, Edith and special nieces, Anne Marie, and Barbara as well as several other nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife of 40 years, Mary Miller in June 2015; brothers, Douglas and James; also sisters, Mary and Jean.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 26, from 1-2 p.m. in the S.W Chant & Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney, with funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Sheldon Chant officiating.
