William "Bill" Spencer
After a long and courageous battle with illness at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Thursday, August 11, 2016 of William "Bill" Spencer of Charlottetown age 64 years. Beloved husband of Marlene (nee DesRoche) and dear father of Vickie (Dwayne) MacLean, Ryan and Tara (Steven) Buchanan. Loving Granddad of Jaxon. Dear brother of Lynda (Les) Affleck and uncle of Steven Affleck. Bill is also lovingly remembered by the DesRoche family. He was predeceased by his parents William and Margaret (Purser) Affleck.
