Helen Hall

It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Helen (Myatt) Hall on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at the age of 94.
Born in Sydney, she was a daughter of the late John Henry and Annie J. (Carson) Myatt. Helen was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a very compassionate, caring person and family was her life. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Roderick James; son, Ronald James; sisters, Harriet Clements and Ann Muller; brothers, Bill, Herb and Fred. Helen will be dearly missed by her daughter, Sharon (Bob Henderson) and son, Kevin (Francine). She was nana to Andrea (Patrick Edwards), Glenn (Rachel), Jamie (Beth), Kevin, Katie and Carter, as well as supernana to Ben, Josh, Mason, Emmy, Sydney and Abby. Also surviving are her sister-in-law, Mary Campbell, B. C.; many nieces and nephews and her two furry friends. A funeral service will be held at the Church of Christ the King on Thursday, September 1 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Reg MacDonald and Rev. Glen Kent officiating. Interment in Hardwood Hill Cemetery. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Church of Christ the King or a charity of your choice.
