Margaret passed away on Friday, September 2nd, 2016 at the age of 69 years. She will be forever remembered by her beloved son, Neil Rasiah; sister, Dalphine (Jake) Berg of Swift Current, SK; brother, John Rosso of Old Wives, SK; as well as many other cherished family and friends. Margaret passionately pursued her life’s work of teaching and mentoring special needs students. She travelled extensively, and with her volunteer efforts, generously contributed to the communities she visited. She lived a tremendous life and will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. A scholarship for Doctoral students pursuing a career in cancer research will be established in her memory. In lieu of flowers, you may contribute to this Scholarship fund by contacting the University of Calgary. A Memorial Service will be held at Eden Brook Funeral Home (17th Avenue and Lower Springbank Rd SW) on Friday, September 9th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Family and friends are asked to meet at Rosedale Cemetery on Sunday, September 11th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. for the Graveside Service. Father Rick Krofchek will officiate and a time of fellowship will follow in the Harvey Room at Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane.
