On September 5, 2016, the lives of all who knew and loved Calvin were changed. Calvin passed away very suddenly due to a heart attack. We know that every one of his friends mourns with us.

Calvin is survived by his wife and children: Melody, Tonya (Kole), Melissa (Mike), Levi (Mackenzie) and Camina. Calvin was a devoted father to his children and an enthusiastic grandfather to his grandchildren: Kattarina and Katryn Gilbert. He will be eager to meet his grandson.

Calvin was born in Bengough, SK. on June 20, 1960 to Alfred and Kathrine. He is survived by his siblings; Roger (Terry), Randy (Kathy), Dave (Selena) and Connie (Mark).

Calvin was known for his smile, his humour, his laugh, his kind words, his genuine concern for others, and his moustache. One of his favourite things to do was make ‘Calvaccinos’ for his family and friends and steamers for his grandchildren. Single malt scotch, dark roast coffee, and a heartfelt thank you.

The many encouraging texts and words of comfort have been invaluable in helping the family endure this difficult time. Please be assured of our heartfelt appreciation for your kindness and encouragement.
