The death occurred surrounded by his loved ones, with dignity and courage, at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown, on Saturday, October 8, 2016 of John Angus Paul Gallant “Big John”, Charlottetown, formerly of O’Leary, age 60 years. Beloved partner of Sheila Hughes. Lovingly remembered by Jordan, Taylor, and Conor Storey. Proud Grampy to Jaylin and James Storey. Precious son of Georgina Gallant (MacKenzie). Brother of Jocelyn Arsenault (Michael), Norman (Miriam), Pam Gallant, Todd (Natalie). Fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. Predeceased by his father Reginald Gallant, by his sister Lilla and by his best buddy “Angus”. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
