Passed away on October 5, 2016 at Mountain View Care Home in Kelowna, BC at the age of 88 years. Jake will be lovingly remembered by wife Anne of 69 1/2 years, Dianne (Wayne), Andy (Joan), Doreen (Bob), Janice (Jerome), Brian (Karen), Cindy (Don), numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
