Scott W. Chapman, 47, Leicester, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016. Born in Amherst, he was a son of Melvern Chapman and Peggy MacPherson. Scott worked for many years with Walter Jackson Construction until his illness. His life revolved around his family, especially his two sons, Jonah and Jaden.
He is survived by his wife, Jolene Jackson; sons, Jonah and Jaden; brothers, Robert, Brian, and Colin; sister, Kelly Chapman; father and mother-in-law; Bubs and Linda Jackson; sister-in-law, Jaclyn; brother-in-law, Jamie (Shaylene) Jackson; niece, Jurney.
A visitation to celebrate Scott’s life will be held from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, October 16 in MacDiarmid's Funeral Home and Crematorium, 5075 Main Street, Oxford (902-447-2930). Donations may be made to ALS Society or a charity of your choice.
