The passing of Wellington “Keith” Bell, age 75, of Belfast, occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday October 23, 2016. Born August 1, 1941 in Belle River, PE, he was the son of the late Neil and Annie (Nee: Compton) Bell. Keith is survived by his loving children, Holly (Buddy), Bobby (Carolyn); grandchildren Ewan, Brianna, Brent and the mother of his children Betty Mosher along with a circle of extended family and those who had the opportunity to call him friend. Beside his parents Keith was predeceased by 4 siblings and loving friend Velda. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Wednesday, October 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service to take place in the Ferguson Logan Chapel on Thursday, October 27 at 11 a.m. Interment to take place in the Wood Islands Cemetery.
